am the Data Controller in the case of the data and Data Processor in relation to the data I forward to Team Teach, in which case I will comply with GDPR and DPA in my own right. When
trainers complete Summary Evaluation Forms, I am signing an undertaking to comply with GDPR & DPA and protect all related data.

Who am I?
As a Relax Kids coach, I can run Relax Kids classes in schools, the community or one-to-one. My classes follow the Relax Kids research-based 7-step system, which helps children manage stress, anxiety
and anger whilst building self-esteem and confidence.
How do I collect information from you?
I obtain information from you when you book me for consultancy or for my Relax Kids class. I receive this information when you book online, by email or verbally.
What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information I collect includes your name, your child’s name, address, email address, and contact phone number. I do not store credit card details, any payments are taken through PayPal’s
secure online payment system, the bank BACs system or by cash paid directly to me. If you interact with me through social media, I may receive information about you when you choose to post or
otherwise share information about yourself. You can control this by adjusting your privacy settings on your social media account. When using these sites, you are bound by their privacy agreements.
When using the Relax Kids website (www.relaxkids.com) you are bound to their privacy policy.
What do I do with your information?
I require this information to carry out my classes. Below is a list of how I might use your information:
Who has access to your information?
Only myself, Team Teach and the Relax Kids head office have access to your information. I will not sell or rent your information to third parties. I will not share your information with third parties
for marketing purposes.
How can you access and update your information?
Ensuring your information is up to date is very important. If any of the information you give to me changes or becomes out of date you will need to contact me and let me know.
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, you have the right to access any information I hold about you. Please contact me if you wish to receive information on the data that I hold for you and your child.
If you unsubscribe or opt out of any of my emails, you will no longer receive emails from me and will be taken off my email list
What security precautions are in place to protect your information?
When you give me your personal information, I ensure it is treated securely.
Any personal information given out is locked away in a secure cabinet, stored on the Relax Kids secure server or stored on a secure computer.
